Chanel Iman is on the cover of the new D’SCENE Magazine #005.
For the Spring Summer 2016 issue, D’SCENE enlisted Chanel in their 4-Covers #SUPERS series, highlighting prominent models, photographers, and tastemakers in the fashion industry.
Other supermodel cover stars include Niki Taylor, Lydia Hearst, and Daan Van Der Deen.
Each cover story featured a unique set of photographers and stylists. Chanel’s “big girls don’t cry” editorial was lensed by the dynamic duo, Hunter & Gatti. Fashion direction was handed by Christopher Maul.
The massive 16-page editorial features a tribal painted Chanel full of smiles, movement, and leather, adorning some of the hottest looks from SS2016 including pieces from Salvatore Ferragamo, Mui Mui, and Tom Ford.
For the cover story, Chanel was interviewed by Christina Cacouris and spoke on filming her debut acting role in the Sundance darling, Dope, her mother’s proudest moment, and what is next for a career that has seen it all. Be sure to catch the full interview after the jump.
