Chanel Iman is super sexy for Solid & Striped!

Chanel Iman has napped another campaign. This time, it’s for the contemporary swimsuit label Solid & Striped. Chanel’s appears on the beaches on southern California in the company’s signature silhouettes. The collection feature two-piece and bodysuits. Chanel is channeling iconic retro beachwear with a modern and sexy edge.

The great Derek Katella photographed the campaign. He has lensed some of Chanel’s greatest swimsuit moments (including her first Sport’s Illustrated spread) and this is no different.

It is exciting to finally see some of the shots, seeing as this was shot at the beginning of 2016. For now Chanel has just appeared on some of the company’s social media promotions. Hopefully, more images will surface in the coming months.

To see all of the images released so far, be sure to check out our gallery.

Chanel Iman stunned at the 2016 VH1 Hip Hop Honors award show!

The annual event returned after a sixyear hiatus to celebrate champions in the Hip Hop genre. This years awards were special, as the show highlighted prominent female figures in the male-dominated industry that shaped the music we listen to today. Honoree’s at the VH1 Hip Hop Honors included Queen Latifah, Missy Elliott, Salt-N-Pepa, and Lil’ Kim.

Chanel Iman decided to ditch the traditional evening gown look she’s known for in favor of a super chic crop-top with a diamond-shaped cut out. Chanel completed the look white pants and black sandal heels. Complimenting the simple look, Chanel decided to maintain the simplicity with her hair, opting for a natural pony.

Chanel Iman’s fashion credentials as a supermodel were put to great use as she and good friend and TV personality, LaLa Anthony, introduced the Lil’ Kim style tribute. The tribute featured an introduction from fashion designer Marc Jacobs and concluded with a short runway presentation of some of Kim’s most iconic looks.

Check out the images from the show in our gallery, and be sure to catch a video of Chanel presenting after the jump!

Chanel Iman has been named one MIZANI’s Style Icons. What comes with such a gracious title? A new hair campaign of course!

Chanel is giving us serious hair moments in this new campaign which also stars top models such as Maria Borges, Grace Mahary, and Heidy de la Rosa.

MIZANI Global Artistic Director and Hair Stylist for the campaign gave Chanel a set of sickening hairstyles, displaying the versatility of the products and the many ways to style different textures of hair.

The campaigned made its debut at the MIZANI 25th Anniversary celebration. At the event, Chanel gave her Summer tips for her natural hair.

“I love a snatched pony!” says Chanel Iman. “When we were doing this event, I asked César [Ramirez] to give me the same [style] as in the campaign. He created this nice ponytail but with a fishtail braid for a twist.” (via Yahoo News)
